Director of Planning & Development (P & D) is an important administrative position for the university. Director is appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the university. He/she is concern to take care the university future plan, review of plan, infrastructural development under the available financial resources, manage financial resources for the development, communicate with university grand commission (UGC) and inform the development plan, activities related to development the campus and also other responsibilities assigned by the Vice-Chancellor to enhance the campus activities.
